portion can keep notes for every plan you
contact and enter follow-up phone dates for future

needs there is an export function that will let you create
generic file formats for use in other programs not mentioned
here.

Profile information can be appended or imported into other

Access, FoxPro, and other spreadsheet programs. The text file
formats make this data easily readable in almost any word
